This story evolves around Mithu, 19, who belongs to a very simple middle class family, residing in North Kolkata. Mithu is confined in the damn rooms of the old building she resides in, trapped in a mental condition. Doctors call it Schizophrenia. Mithu is lost in a world of reality and dreams and is unable to decipher the difference between the two. Lost between two worlds Mithu attempts suicide twice. Locked inside her room, the only escape to reality is the glass window and the scattered things in her room. But in her world of dreams, Mithu is free. Her dreams set her free amidst the azure sky, hills and mountains. Mithu plays around her dreamland, where she is happy and at peace with herself. As the story moves on, the viewers witness the freedom and peace Mithu relishes. Everyone is engrossed with Mithu to watch her rebirth in the last rain.
