The brothers Kristian And and Lille And have an encounter with the Princess from Herli Land, which leads to the three of them becoming friends. The power-hungry Bjørg Villkatt, with the help of the gang Erte Skjære, Guro Kråke, and Åge Mage, plans to steal King Quart's scepter. Whoever holds the scepter of the Princess's father gains all the power in Herli Land.
